Vegan sultana and tofutti cheese rolls

These delicious sultana and vegan cream cheese rolls are the perfect healthy snack for school lunchboxes. 🌯 

Ingredients

  • 1 piece mountain bread 
  • â…“ cup Tofutti cream cheese 
  • â…“ cup sultanas 

Method

  1. Spread vegan cream cheese evenly on mountain bread. 
  2. Sprinkle sultanas on top. 
  3. Roll tightly then wrap in plastic wrap and place in fridge for 2 hours or overnight. 
  4. Cut into 3-cm pieces and have as a snack or in lunchbox.
